Sponsorship Requests must be submitted 2 months before tFor best results, Sponsorship Requests should be submitted early on in your event planning process. At least 2 months lead time is recommended, with longer times being preferable for best results. Please call the Marketing Director or Commercial Sponsorship Coordinator with any questions. We are happy to help!he date of the event. Sponsorship for your event comes with no guarantee. Sponsorship is to enhance your event, you must host your event whether sponsorship is obtained or not.

Due to staffing shortages, please expect extended lead times and response times. If you have any questions, please call the Marketing office at 0434-30-5080.
Please keep in mind the minimum lead time required when submitting your project. While we always strive to provide projects more quickly, standard lead times are 1 week for printing requests & 2 weeks for design requests. This applies to both internal clients (31FSS facilities) and any other print shop orders. Please note that lead times can fluctuate based on projects & staffing. We will always communicate if your requested lead time is not feasible.
